The beds are exceptionally comfortable and the room includes climate control, a safe, and multi-channel television.

Not very welcoming. Nobody except the Bellboys says hello when you return back to hotel at the end of the day. Staff are always busy chatting with each other. Even if you crash their "party" they would not say hello to you !! If you are waiting in a lineup at the reception desk no one will acknowledge you and say, "hello Mr. Abc, how are you today. Someone will be with in just a moment". You have to wait and twigle your tumbs and hope that somebody will notice you and ask,"whether there is anything I can help you with ?". It was not like this when I stayed here for a week last February. Somehow all the smiles and friendliness have diasappeared.

Stocked room - bed was exceptionally comfortable. The daily service was excellent. Location: the hotel was just off the business area and an excellent 24hours Carulla supermarket. Tried some takeout specials at Burger Music, luckily it was relatively close to the venue.

Comfortable vibes all around here. Our rooms had not one, not two, but three double beds, giving us plenty of sleeping space 🛏️. And let's talk breakfast - it was top-notch, offering a wide range of delicious options to start the day right.

Not much. Staff not very helpful. I gave the reception agent a piece of paper with the confirmation number. Their first claim was that they did not have any reservation in my name. When I told them that if I could get on a computer I could show them the confirmation letter, Customer service girl took me to business centre. Once I got on the computer I forwarded the confirmation letter to her. Suddenly they found my reservation. Never said sorry, no apologies, nothing. The reception desk behaved as if they were doing me a favour by finding my reservation.

Attitude of the staff. Not very helpful with anything. If they learn to smile it will help themselves as well as the hotel guests.

Thank you for making our stay a very pleasant experience. Luxury hotel, it has beautiful views and magnificent location in the North area of Bogota. The food is outstanding and excellent!

Nothing not to love.

The breakfast here is top-notch 🥞, they offer a great variety of food options.

The infrastructure is very good, the rooms are excellent and excellently equipped.

The staff in the restaurant could be somewhat more friendly.

Good service, friendly employees, quiet, adequate.

1.- Reception did not have my reservation. Luckily I took with me a hard copy printout of the reservation. If hotel had been full I probably could have had a problem. 2.- I agree it's important to save water, buy the shower heads are something else: hardly any water passes through them. 3.- Thriftiness is a good thing, but the curtains are so precise that it's impossible to close them completely. Had to use a cloth pin. 4.- The small paper pad, for note writing, had two pages. It's definitely too obvious that they want to save on everything, but too much is too much.

I always choose this hotel when in Bogota. Reasonably priced and good standard. - Modern amenities. - Marvelous location. - On-site parking available. - Nearby cool spots like Pecaminosas for desserts. - Friendly and pleasant staff goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience.

The location is excellent. The staff is very accommodating, friendly and reliable. The rooms are nice and functional. I have stayed at this hotel for the past 3 years and plan to return. It has become my Bogota home.

The hallway carpets have a bad, stagnant odor. Perhaps the carpets should be shampooed or cleaned and deodorized. The bathtub faucet and shower does not flow well in any of the rooms although one can manage. Probably a change of washers or some minor plumbing would fix the problem. Once I had to call the repair person to fix the shower and provide light bulbs. Better room inspections would help. A room coffee maker would be a nice amenity. However, these suggestions are not to say that I am displeased enough not to return. I do like the hotel.

It is a nice and quiet hotel in the North of Bogota.

The hotel staff is just doing the job. Very unfriendly, specially one guy at the front desk. If you need a taxi, don't take the taxi the staff offers you- these ones are completely overpriced compared to the normal yellow cabs.

The location was excellent, with money-exchange houses nearby, a supermarket right next door, and the best shopping center in the area just a few blocks away. It was also very convenient for business and shopping, and there were no traffic problems to worry about.

Breakfast was very good, eggs made to order and 3 choices of fresh fruits. Catherina at the reception was very helpful. WiFi connection was good.

However, if you book pick-up service at US$20, be careful you will be charged extra 10% which was not being specified. As a result, we refused to pay the extra and there was a bit of argument.

Great location, lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

Construction at entrance made access somewaht difficult.
